NOPD Makes Arrest in Today’s Homicide on Deslonde Street

As a result of continued investigation throughout the morning, NOPD arrested Lloyd Henry (DOB: 8-5-1962) for this morning’s (Nov. 17) homicide in the 1300 block of Deslonde.
