Members of the New Orleans Police Department have arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile and booked him with Second-Degree Murder in connection with the Homicide of an unidentified man. The offense occurred shortly before 4:00 P.M., near the intersection of Bourbon and Toulouse Streets.
