The NOPD is seeking the public’s help in locating and identifying an unknown male for his involvement in four shoplifting incidents at the Circle K store on South Claiborne.
The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating and identifying the individual responsible for a package theft that occurred on November 20, 2016 in the 4000 block of Vendome Place.
