The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating and identifying the individual responsible for a package theft that occurred on November 20, 2016 in the 4000 block of Vendome Place.
At about 12:32 p.m., the victim had two packages delivered to her residence that were left on her front porch. Upon returning home, she discovered both packages missing. Video surveillance cameras on her residence captured an unknown white male removing the packages from her front porch and fleeing the scene
