The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Nicholas Christopher Rosa (DOB: 02-29-1984) in connection with a cyberstalking and simple assault that occurred on December 18, 2016 in the 4700 block of Ray Avenue.

Today (Dec. 22), members of the NOPD’s Violent Offenders Warrant Squad arrested Malika Smith (07-07-1996) in connection with an aggravated assault with a firearm that occurred on October 6, 2016 in the 8600 block of Dinkins Street.
