NOPD detectives, with the assistance of Louisiana State Police (LSP), have identified and arrested Travon Manuel (DOB: 8-31-96) as the second suspect in the Bourbon Street shooting that happened earlier this week.
The third and final suspect wanted for his involvement in a group that fired gunshots at police in the Fifth District this week is now in custody.

Today (Dec. 2), one of four suspects wanted in a November 17 kidnapping at the intersection of Conti and Dauphine streets turned herself in to NOPD First District officers.

After a pursuit that stretched between two police districts in the early hours today (Dec. 2), NOPD officers arrested two suspects believed to be responsible for an armed carjacking that occurred minutes earlier in the 5100 block of Bundy Road.

Just four days after two suspects opened fire at each other in the 100 block of Bourbon Street, police identified and arrested Jordan Clay (DOB: 3-13-1996) for his involvement in the incident.
