Members of the New Orleans Police Department are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating four suspects wanted in connection with the Homicide that occurred today, March 21, 2022, shortly after 1:30 p.m. in the 300 block of North Scott Street.
According to investigators, First District officers responded to a call of a Carjacking, and upon their arrival, officers located the victim lying on the ground unresponsive and suffering from her arm being dismembered from her body. Emergency Medical Technicians pronounced the woman dead on scene.
Throughout the course of the investigation, detectives identified the pictured individuals on surveillance video.
