Fit for Duty

Welcome to Fit for Duty-a holistic well-being initiative in partnership renowned physician Dr. Corey Hebert!

This program aims to improve the mental and physical health of NOPD officer and professional staff.  But we encourage the public to follow along on this wellness journey with us.

NOPD Officers and even professional staff face unique stresses.  This initiative addresses their holistic well-being through tailored fitness, nutrition, and mental health support.  The pilot program, spanning three months, will introduce simple work out regimes, meal planning, regular health assessments, mental health consultations and more.
