The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating a suspect who is wanted for breaking into two buildings on the campus of the University of Holy Cross.
The NOPD is searching for a suspect who was captured on surveillance video burglarizing a vehicle at or around 2:15 a.m. on Wednesday, (March 21).
