The Violent Offender Warrant Squad (VOWS) arrested three individuals for multiple offenses within the past 24 hours.
The NOPD arrested 17 individuals on Friday (Jan. 23) for various charges including criminal damage to property, masking, inciting a riot and battery of a police officer.
