The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Jermaine Bingham (DOB: 01-26-1997) in connection with two vehicle burglaries that occurred in the Third District.
The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Phillip Blatcher (DOB: 08-26-1986) in connection with a theft and burglary of a business, both incidents occurring in the Third District.
