The pictured subject is wanted by NOPD in connection with a theft that occurred in the Fourth District.
On September 2, 2023, at about 1:52 p.m., the victim reportedly left her cell phone on the counter of a store in the 3600 block of Macarthur Boulevard.
When she returned to the counter, the phone was missing.
Through investigation, the pictured subject was identified as the person who allegedly stole the cell phone. The subject was observed fleeing the store in the pictured black SUV.
