The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Kentrell Mullens (pictured, black male, DOB: 10-21-1982) in the investigation of an auto theft incident that occurred on May 8, 2023, in the 1100 block of Dauphine Street.
In this incident, the victim reportedly left a white 2017 Ford F-150 unlocked with the engine running when an unknown black male entered the vehicle and fled to St. Martin Parish, where the vehicle was recovered in good condition.
Through investigation, NOPD Eighth District detectives developed and positively identified Mullens as the perpetrator in this incident.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
