UPDATE: Wanted suspect Christopher Allen was located and arrested on September 7, 2022) in this investigation. He was booked accordingly into the Orleans Parish Justice Center.
ORIGINAL: The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Christopher Allen (pictured, black male, DOB: 06-10-1994) of Harvey, La., in the investigation of an aggravated assault incident that occurred on September 4, 2022, in the 3300 block of Hyman Place.
Through investigation, Allen was determined to be the perpetrator in an incident where the victim was fired upon but was not struck or injured.
When located, Allen will be arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a firearm, illegal discharge of a firearm and for attempted murder.
