NOPD Searches for Suspect Wanted in Homicide Investigation

NOPD officers have obtained an arrest warrant for Wilbert Jefferson (DOB: 12/18/1992) for his involvement in a homicide by shooting that occurred on Monday, August 9, 2021, in the 2200 block of Allen Street.

 

Anyone with information regarding Wilbert Jefferson’s whereabouts is asked to contact Homicide Detective Walter Edmond at 504-658-5300 or call anonymously to Crimestoppers of Greater New Orleans at 504-822-1111 or toll-free at 1-877-903-STOP.
