The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a subject identified as a person of interest in the investigation of a homicide that occurred on September 22, 2020 in the 7000 block of Yorktown Drive.
Troy Tillman (pictured, DOB: 02-15-2002) is not wanted on criminal charges at this time. However, NOPD Homicide Unit detectives feel Tilliman has knowledge of information pertinent to the investigation and wish to question him.
