NOPD officers are seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating the pictured subject after his alleged involvement in a Fourth District residence burglary.
On September 9, 2019 around 3 p.m., the subject was reportedly observed on surveillance video exiting the victim’s residence while carrying the victim’s backpack which contained stolen property from inside the victim’s residence.
