The NOPD is requesting assistance in identifying and locating a subject in the investigation of an auto theft that occurred on September 12, 2019.
At approximately 3:45 a.m., the pictured subject reportedly approached the unoccupied valet booth in the 800 block of Iberville Street. The subject then allegedly opened the door to the podium and pulled out a set of keys, and found the keys were for a Jeep Rubicon parked in front of the location. The subject then entered the vehicle and fled south on Iberville, then unknown.
The vehicle is further described as being silver in color and bearing Texas license plate LRX0631.
