UPDATE: Dog Recovered, NOPD Sixth District Seeking Stolen Vehicle

UPDATE: The dog reported stolen in this incident has been located in good health and returned to his owner. However, the truck reported stolen remains missing.

ORIGINAL RELEASE: The NOPD is seeking to locate a vehicle and dog reported as stolen on September 17, 2019.

The victim parked his white 2010 Nissan Frontier pickup truck, bearing Louisiana license plate number X733490, in the 1100 block of Felicity Street, at about 5:15 p.m. The vehicle’s engine was running with Marley, a German Shepard in the vehicle. The victim stated when he returned to his vehicle at about 5:40 p.m., the vehicle and Marley were missing
