The NOPD is seeking to locate the pictured subject in the investigation of a theft that occurred on September 18, 2019.
At about 3:23 p.m., the pictured subject reportedly stole a Black and Decker weed trimmer that has recently been delivered to the porch of a residence in the 500 block of Belleville Street. The subject then fled the area in an unknown direction.
