NOPD officers are searching for the pictured subject who is wanted for his alleged involvement in a theft incident that occurred in the Third District.
On September 11, 2019, the victim left the bicycle on a bike rack located in the 2000 block of Lakeshore Drive. On the same date, the pictured subject entered the area and stole the victim’s bicycle.
