The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Robert Mitchell (pictured, DOB: 09-25-1996) in the investigation of an aggravated assault with a firearm that occurred on September 18, 2019.
Through investigation, NOPD Third District detectives learned that at about 2:30 p.m., Mitchell allegedly pointed a firearm at the victim at the intersection of Chef Menteur Highway and Dale Street.
When located, Mitchell will be arrested for aggravated assault with a firearm.
