The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject seen on surveillance in commission of a vehicle burglary in the 800 block of North Roman Street on August 20, 2018.
At about 11:11 a.m., the subject was seen entering the rear of a work truck in the area, removing a small generator and fleeing the scene on a bicycle.
