The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect believed to be responsible for a theft incident that occurred in the 700 block of Alvar Street on September 13, 2018.
At about 2:00 a.m., the pictured unknown subject was observed stealing a red Mini Micro scooter from the front porch of a residence in the block. Video of the incident can be found here.
