The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify two suspects believed to be responsible for a vehicle theft that occurred on September 12, 2018 in the 1700 block of Pratt Drive.
At about 3:57 p.m., a blue Honda Civic car was stolen from the location by two unknown suspects. The vehicle was later recovered at the scene of a hit-and-run crash at the intersection of Paris and Harrison avenues.
