The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a suspect believed to be responsible for a theft incident that occurred on September 23, 2018 in the 3300 block of Hyman Place.
At about 12:47 p.m., the pictured subject was captured on surveillance camera removing a package from the victim’s front porch.
The suspect is described as a medium complexioned black male with very short dreadlocks and a thin build, wearing a black New York Yankees baseball cap, blue Adidas shirt with white stripes, khaki pants and white tennis shoes.
