The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying a suspect believed to be responsible for a theft incident in the 1300 block of Canal Street on August 16, 2018.
At about 4:05 p.m., the pictured unknown white male subject entered the location and allegedlt removed an Apple iPad from the hostess table and fled the location. The entire incident was captured via video surveillance.
