The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate a suspect believed to be responsible for a theft incident that occurred on September 19, 2018 in the 4300 block of Woodland Drive.
At about 8:59 p.m., the pictured unknown black male was observed on video stealing the victim’s wallet, which he dropped at the counter of a business after making a purchase. The subject is observed picking up the victim’s wallet.
