The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a suspect believed to be responsible for a simple burglary that occurred in the 700 block of France Street on September 14, 2018.
At about 3:54 a.m., the above pictured unknown subject was observed stealing tools and a bicycle belonging to the victim. The subject is observed using multiple bicycles during the incident, including a bicycle which features distinctive thick black spokes.
