The NOPD Third District is looking for a gray, 2011 Infinity M37 that was taken in a reported armed carjacking on September 20, 2017.
The victim told police he was sitting inside of his vehicle texting at around 10 p.m. when an unknown black male approached the rear of his vehicle. The suspect then pointed a black semi-automatic handgun at the victim and fled the location with the victim’s vehicle and his Apple IPhone.
The vehicle is described as having black 22” rims bearing Louisiana license plate #357 AIL.
The perpetrator is described as being approximately 6’0” to 6’1” in height, weighing between 220-250 pounds with a heavy build and having a goatee style beard. He was last seen wearing a dark baseball cap with a red symbol on the front, black shirt and pants approached from the rear of the vehicle.
