The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a female suspect seen on surveillance video in commission of a theft in the 400 block of Dauphine Street on September 7, 2017.
At about 11 p.m., the victim left her purse inside of a bar in the area as she exited to smoke a cigarette. When she returned about 5 minutes later, she discovered her purse had been stolen. A review of video surveillance revealed the pictured female taking the victim’s purse and leaving the scene.
