The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a suspect believed to be responsible for a theft that occurred on September 13, 2017 in the 3900 block of Gravier Street.
At about 1:33 p.m., the pictured subject was observed on video footage entering the fenced area surrounding the exterior air conditioning units of a business in the area, spending more than an hour in that area and then departing via the above pictured distinctive bicycle and cart. When the victim opened the business for the day later that morning, he discovered the air conditioning units to be disassembled and the interior copper coil to be missing.
