The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating and identifying an individual seen on surveillance footage in connection with a vehicle burglary in the 500 block of South Salcedo Street.
At about 4 p.m., the pictured subject reportedly burglarized the victim’s vehicle in a business’ rear parking lot in the area.
