The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a male subject seen on surveillance footage in commission of a theft of a package at a residence in the 3600 block of Constance Street on September 14, 2017.
At approximately 2:31 p.m., the subject is observed approaching the victim’s porch. The subject then sits on the porch and takes possession of several packages before fleeing on foot.
