The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a woman seen on surveillance video in commission of a theft in the 1500 block of 4th Street on September 16, 2017.
At approximately 1:01 p.m., the pictured suspect was observed taking a package off the victim’s porch. The suspect was first observed checking if the gate was unlocked before returning several minutes later and approaching the porch. The suspect then leaves the porch, dragging a large box as she flees on foot.
The suspect is described as a black female with a slight limp.
