The NOPD is asking for help in identifying a subject wanted in connection with an auto theft investigation in the Eighth District.
On September 29, 2023 at about 11:28 a.m., an auto theft occurred in the 600 block of Bienville Street.
The victim reported his 2020 Chevy Corvette was valet parked and when he came back to retrieve it 15 minutes later, it was gone.
Through investigation, detectives determined that the pictured subject was spotted driving the vehicle on the Westbank. It was later recovered in the 2000 block of Poydras Street.
However, detectives are trying to identify the subject seen driving the vehicle.
