The NOPD is seeking help in identifying and locating subjects wanted in connection with an auto theft and attempted access device fraud.
On October 5, 2023, the victim reported his gray 2021 Dodge Ram pick up truck missing from the 3600 block of Rue Andree. The victim stated his wallet and credit cards were in the stolen truck.
Later the same day, the pictured subjects were observed on surveillance video attempting to use the victim's credit cards at a business in the 300 block of Canal Street.
