The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted in connection with an armed robbery in the First District.
On Thursday, October 19, 2023, at about 10:50 a.m., the pictured subject allegedly committed an armed robbery in the 800 block of North Prieur Street.
The suspect approached the victim from behind, put a revolver to the back of their head and took the victim’s two cell phones. The suspect then then forced the victim to open as torage container where he stole a pressure washer.
The subject was last observed walking towards North Claiborne Avenue from the intersection of North Prieur Street and Dumaine Street.
