NEW ORLEANS - The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Verquisha Nicole Jones (pictured left; DOB:01/13/1998) who is in violation of a court ordered child custody agreement as of October 3, 2021.
Jones took authorized custody of her three-year-old son, Jakyrie Roche (pictured right) on October 1, 2021, however failed to return the child to his father by 8:00 p.m. on October 3, 2021 as documented in the court order. The whereabouts of both mother and son are currently unknown.
