Subject Wanted for Vehicle Theft in the Second District

Subject Wanted for Vehicle Theft in the Second District

NEW ORLEANS - The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the pictured unknown subject involved in a vehicle theft incident that occurred on September 21, 2021. 

On the aforementioned date, the victim met the pictured subject in the 7000 block of Crowder Blvd.  Subsequently, the victim and the subject drove to a location in the 2800 block of Milan Street.  On September 22, 2021, security video captured the subject stealing the victim’s pictured 2012 red Chevrolet Sonic.  Later, the victim observed the subject in the parking lot of Huntington Park Apartments, but he fled to the Walnut Square Apartments.

The pictured unknown subject is believed to be 19 years old and is described as standing 5’7” with a medium build.  He also has a tattoo of the name “Laquan” or “Jaquan” surrounded by doves on his forearm.
