Simple Robbery Subjects Wanted in the Eighth District

NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating two subjects wanted for a simple robbery incident that occurred on October 22, 2021. 

At around 11:20 p.m., unknown subject #1 (pictured in white) attempted to distract the victims who were standing at the intersection of Bourbon Street and Orleans Avenue.  Meanwhile, unknown subject #2 (pictured in black) tried to pickpocket the victims by attempting to steal an item out of their tote bag.  When the victims’ noticed his attempt, subject #2 began physically assaulting the victims while subject #1 ran away.  Subject #2 fled in an unknown direction down Bourbon Street with the victim’s property.
