Subjects Sought for Eighth District Aggravated Burglary

The NOPD is seeking to locate two subjects in the investigation of an aggravated burglary that occurred on September 29, 2020 in the 200 block of Royal Street.

At about 6:37 a.m., the black male subject pictured at left, who met the victim through social media, reportedly visited the victim’s residence. The subject later returned, along with a second black male subject (pictured with hat at center and at right). The first subject stood watch outside as the second subject allegedly confronted the victim inside and demanded money. The victim and the second subject reportedly engaged in a physical altercation, at which time the victim was stabbed in the chest and arm by the second subject. Both subjects then fled in a white Toyota four-door sedan with partial plate ”231”. The victim later discovered his tablet computer was missing from the residence.

Anyone with additional information on this incident or the two pictured subjects is asked to contact NOPD Eighth District detectives at 504-658-6080 or call anonymously to Crimestoppers of Greater New Orleans at 504-822-1111 or toll-free 1-877-903-STOP.
