The NOPD is seeking assistance to locate and identify a suspect in the investigation of an armed robbery on October 19, 2020 in the 7400 block of Read Boulevard.
At about 9:00 a.m., the pictured subject entered a pharmacy, brought items to the register and proceeded to make a purchase. During the transaction, the subject produced a handgun and demanded cash from the register. The clerk complied and the suspect fled the store on foot.
The suspect is described as a black male believed to be in his 50s with a heavy-set build, wearing a white long-sleeved short, blue pants, black shoes, blue face mask and a black hat with a fleur-de-lis.
