The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a subject in the investigation of a theft that occurred on October 22, 2019.
At about 2:23 p.m., the pictured unknown black male was caught on surveillance camera at a business in the 3400 block of Franklin Avenue, allegedly stealing the victim’s cellphone from the store’s counter. The suspect then fled the scene on foot, heading north on Franklin Avenue.
