NOPD officers are searching for five suspects who were captured on surveillance video stealing a victim’s vehicle from the 800 block of Alix Street.
On October 19, 2019 around 12:33 a.m., the suspects entered the victim’s black 2015 Ford F-150, bearing Utah license plate #F174CV, and fled the scene toward Elmira Street.
