The NOPD is investigating an incident of bicycle theft that occurred on October 22, 2019 in the 4000 block of Behrman Place.
At around 6:20 p.m., the victim parked his bicycle inside of Walmart. At 6:23 p.m., surveillance cameras captured the pictured subject taking the unsecured bicycle and riding away from the store.
