UPDATE: All three of the listed wanted suspect in this incident were arrested by Eighth District Task Force officers today (October 18, 2019) and booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center.
Jupiter was booked for robbery and a drug law violation.
Billizson and Ganier were each arrested for robbery, drug law violation and a municipal attachment

The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for three subjects (pictured) involved in a simple robbery incident that happened on October 2, 2019.
At around 3:10p.m., Justin Granier (DOB: 10/10/98), Dinah Billizson (DOB: 07/31/01), and Chantell Jupiter (DOB: 08/31/97) allegedly attacked a woman at the intersection of South Rampart and Canal Streets. The victim’s money and cell phone were taken while she was on the ground.
