The NOPD is seeking information on the identity and location of an unknown female subject accused of shoplifting from a business on October 30, 2019.
At around 12:35 p.m., surveillance video shows the subject walking into “Life Storage” in the 3000 block of Behrman Place. Soon after, she grabs some merchandise and walks out without paying for the items.
