The NOPD is looking for any information on a theft incident that occurred in the 3100 block of Octavia Street on September 3, 2019.
At around 5:30 p.m., surveillance cameras captured the pictured unknown subject stealing a package from the victim’s home. The package was a gift the victim recently learned she received from her sister.
