The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a suspect in the investigation of a theft that occurred on September 26, 2019.
At about 7:22 p.m., the pictured unknown black female allegedly entered the business in the 4100 block of South Carrollton Avenue, removed the victim’s wallet from the front counter of the location and placed it in her purse before leaving the location on foot.
